Cedar’s most recent successful project is Cedar Lakes at Fort Myers - completing construction of Bella Casa Luxury Condominium, a previously existing community with 4 completed buildings and 6 buildings for a total 200 units completed on October of 2014.
The successful on-time completion of the Cedar developments has been handled by JAXI Builders, Inc., a company founded in 1986 by Abel Ramirez. JAXI Builders, Inc. has remained under the same name and ownership for 29 years, a testament to their continued strength and growth in their community. Additional completed projects include: Coronado a 345 condominium in the City of Doral and Superior Gardens, an 80 unit townhome project in Miami. Along with their contributions to residential construction, JAXI has an exemplary record in commercial construction and is responsible for a over one million square feet of commercial interior renovation throughout South Florida.
The expansion of JAXI’s service base allowed them a unique growth opportunity into the housing market. Cedar has joined forces with the highly regarded Eduardo Caballero, a well established builder and architect himself who has developed multiple properties units in his native country of Colombia. Still under the trade name of Cedar and fortified with the backing of investors Abel Ramirez and Eduardo Caballero have set out to purchase, rezone and develop hundreds of units.
